Purchases, Membership and subscription

Rigs+ is an upgraded membership that brings a lot of benefits for you, if you shop with us regularly. You can learn more about it in Rigs+ product page.

We accept payments via different payment processors. Some of the paygates we currently support are:

  • Paypal
  • Stripe (Credit/Debit Cards)
  • Square (Credit/Debit Cards)

In some products (usually the expensive ones), we offer payment with installment. The way it works is that it will divide the payment to 2 or 3 payments (which the first one is due at the time of the purchase) and the rest is due accordingly. 

Eligible products have a notice and a section for deposit in their page.

Some of the products (periodically) are sold in Auction mode. We set a very low price for them, and members can bid on them. The highest bidder will get the product with the bid’s amount and no extra charge.

For security purposes, some of the details may not be editable by users (to prevent the abuse of opportunities). But if you entered an info wrong, and you have the proof for the right version, you can always contact us and provide the documents and we’ll update the info for you right away.

Go to the login page, and click on Lost Your Password? and enter your username or your email, and submit the form. You will receive an email containing the info you need.

In order to easily sign up to our website, and for easier login to your account at anytime, you can connect your social media accounts to your Rigs Sale account. This is a very safe process and only your email and basic info will be compared to your account in our site to verify. After connecting, you can login to your account in our site with your username and password, or simply by your connected social media account.

Yes. If for any reason ready the text on your device for a long time is hard for you, simply mark any content on the page, and click on the play icon that appears. 

Orders, Shipping and Tracking

When the item is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking info. You can always go to My Orders page and check/track any order.

Below each product, there is box containing the information about processing and shipping. That is the main source to rely on. But based on experience, it usually is like this:

  • Brazil: 20 to 30 business days
  • Mexico: 20 business days
  • Russia, Ukraine and Saudi Arabia: 7-15 business days
  • All other supported countries: 7-10 business days

 

As said before, you should check the shipping and processing info on each product page, but it usually is the way listed above (plus 1 week, just in case)

* Packages can be shipped to mainland France with zip codes that start with 01 to 95. However, packages cannot currently be shipped to overseas territories, including Corsica, Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Reunion, St. Pierre and Miquelon and Mayotte.

** Packages can be shipped to mainland UK as well as the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

*** Packages can be shipped to all states, territories and military addresses within the United States.

If a product is digital, immediately after the confirmation of the payment.

But about the physical products, we don’t charge customers for the shipping. This is 1 of the reasons why our prices are lower than others. Because of that, we don’t use Express Shipping to avoid additional charges on our own side.

Also, some of the products in our store are not pre-made-ready-to-ship. In those cases, after you complete the order, the preparing process will be started, which it takes 3 to 5 days, depending on the product. Although it causes some late delivery, but the good side is that you’ll receive it directly from manufacturer and you’ll be sure that you get the original product.

This is why you may receive the purchased item between 1 to 3 weeks (Depending on the inventory you select (if available), and depending on the country and the state that you live). In most cases the package will arrive in within 1 week, in some cases up to 2 weeks, and in some rare cases it happens to take around 3 weeks.

In some products we offer shipping plans. They are all optional. The default shipping plan is FREE. But if you want to get the product faster, and if we offer in that product, then you can select and pay more and get it faster.

If you don’t see the shipping option in a product page, that means we don’t offer any additional paid shipping plan for that product in that time.

When you complete the order, depending on the product, processing or production will be started, which takes between 3 to 7 days to be completed. (mostly it is done within 4 days though)

After that, it does for shipping. This is the time you should expect getting the tracking info in the shipping email.
